• This massage gun is intended for use by healthy adults. It is not suitable for use by children, and should be kept out of reach of children and pets.
• Do not use on the neck, head, face, throat, or directly over the spine.
• Do not use on bony areas or anywhere with little muscle coverage — including the knees, elbows, shins, ankles, hands, and feet.
• Do not use over the chest, heart, eyes, ears, reproductive organs, or any other sensitive area.
• Do not apply sustained pressure to a single area. Keep the gun moving continuously and avoid holding it on one spot for more than 60 seconds.
• Do not use on swollen, bruised, inflamed, infected, or injured tissue, or on open wounds, rashes, or burns.
• Do not use while charging, sleeping, or operating a vehicle or machinery.
• Do not disassemble, modify, or attempt to repair the unit yourself. Unauthorised repairs may cause injury and will void the warranty.
• Do not use attachments not supplied or approved by the manufacturer.
• Do not operate the product for more than 30 minutes continuously. Allow it to rest for at least 40 minutes before resuming use to avoid overheating and prolong battery life.
• Do not store or use the product in bathrooms or anywhere it may come into contact with water. This device is not waterproof.
• Do not expose the product to excessive heat, direct sunlight, or high-temperature environments.
