Kerlix AMD rolls are impregnated with PHMB (Polyhexamethylene Biguanide), a powerful yet safe antiseptic that has a broad range effectiveness against gram positive and gram negative microorganisms including some multi-drug resistant strains such as MRSA. In addition to its antimicrobial capabilities, Kerlix AMD rolls provide fast-wicking action, superior aeration, and excellent absorbency.

  • 0.2% PHMB
  • Efficancy for up to 3 days
Applications
  • Deep and chronic wounds
  • Large wound areas like 2nd or 3rd degree burns
  • Secondary healing surgical wounds
  • Where packing is required
  • Primary and secondary layer (fixation) around arms and legs
  • Moderate to heavily exudating wounds
  • Partial and full thickness wounds
  • Kerlix AMD Rolls to wrap heads, limbs, difficult to dress wounds like burns, plastic and orthopedic wounds
